Reservations & Cancellations

To secure an appointment for our services, a valid credit card is required on file. This information is collected securely through our booking website. If you miss an appointment without proper notification, an automatic fee will be charged to your credit card. To avoid this fee, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations within this notice period will incur a fee of 50% of the service value. 'No show' appointments will be charged 100% of the service value. This policy is in place to ensure that appointments are respected, and it helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

 

Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, your stylist may need to reschedule or reduce the services provided. While our stylists will try their best to accommodate you, arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time is encouraged to avoid these changes.

 

Returns

Retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase. However, we do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services.

Sick Policy

If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients. We understand that unforeseen health issues can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in preventing the potential spread of illness.

 
 

Child Safety Policy

Children are permitted in the salon only while receiving a service. For safety and insurance reasons, no child under 12 years old is permitted to accompany you during a service. This policy is in place to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
